So far, I have only tried this Beetroot Cacao Latte added to hot milk with a little brown sugar. The taste was not bad. I can see myself enjoying a cup of this when the mornings get a little cooler, or mixing it into protein shakes, oatmeal, maybe even adding a scoop to some chia pudding!
- Texture: I was surprised to find little chunks at the bottom of my cup. Rehydrated pieces of beets, maybe? They were easy enough to swallow down at the end. But if that bothers you, you might want to mix it into something that already has texture.
- Unsweetened: Add your own sweeteners to meet individual dietary needs and taste preferences.
- Shelf life: 6-12 months
